The Begining of the Journey (1988-2005)

DURING THESE FORMATIVE YEARS, ER. DAWADI SERVED WITHIN A PREMIER ENGINEERING FIRM, IMMERSING HIMSELF IN THE COMPLEXITIES OF LARGE-SCALE INFRASTRUCTURE. THIS PERIOD WAS MARKED BY TWO LANDMARK PROJECTS THAT SERVED AS HIS PROFESSIONAL PROVING GROUNDS:

THE GORKHA BREWERY (1988): IN A HIGH-PROFILE COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE KHETAN GROUP AND CARLSBERG, ER. DAWADI SUPERVISED THE STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLY OF THIS MASSIVE FACILITY.

THE MALLA HOTEL (1991): MOVING FROM INDUSTRIAL TO HOSPITALITY, HE OVERSAW THE SOPHISTICATED ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ICONIC INSTITUTION, REFINING HIS EYE FOR AESTHETIC DETAIL AND LUXURY DURABILITY.

Turning Work into Trust (2005-Present)

In 1995, Er. Dawadi transitioned from the corporate world to a personal venture, fueled by a desire to bring institutional quality to private residences.

The First Milestone: His independent journey began with the construction of a residence in New Road for Mr. Dayananda Khadgi. This project was not merely a house; it was a showcase of structural integrity and modern design that stood out in the heart of the city.

The Power of Reputation: Following the success of the Khadgi residence, Er. Dawadi’s career experienced a meteoric rise driven by “word-of-mouth” accolades. His work spoke for itself, leading to an influx of commissions from clients who sought the rare combination of engineering rigor and artisanal care. He constructed the Dabur Nepal Building and the Kantipur Media Group Tinkune Building during this time, further cementing his reputation.
